Post <\/span>concussion<\/span> syndrome can affect anyone.<\/span> D<\/span>octor<\/span>s typically <\/span>recommend <\/span>rest<\/span> after <\/span>a <\/span>concussion but what if y<\/span>ou still have symptoms 4-6 weeks<\/span> later<\/span>? You <\/span>see <\/span>a neurologist<\/span> without findings<\/span>?<\/span> You have t<\/span>ension headaches and cannot focus on <\/span>reading? Has <\/span>your<\/span> concentration <\/span>got <\/span>foggy<\/span>?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then you might<\/span> have had a mild traumatic brain injury, mTBI, where <\/span>some <\/span>areas of the brain <\/span>work <\/span>more slowly <\/span>due to <\/span>impaired<\/span> blood flow (1b<\/a>).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
